Our underwriters are Stewart Title Guaranty and Pacific Northwest Title Company of Washington. Both underwriters are nationally recognized by institutional lenders and have the highest rating for financial stability and for paying off claims.

Valley Title Guarantee is the only title company in Yakima County that uses two underwriters. We choose to use two underwriters so we may better meet the special and individual needs of all our customers.
